Yes, you can FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp or you can even use Facebook’s video calling. However, because I used to be a criminal investigator and very suspect of everyone I meet, if I was online dating I would take every precaution to protect my privacy as much as possible.
I’m so cynical, I would feel that when they video call, they would have their friend, cousin brother etc. make the call. They could have put their friend, cousin, brother put their picture on their profile. You don’t know until you really get to know them and pay attention to any red flags.
Gentlemen, by no means, am I trying to put this all on you because women are capable of the same acts. I’m speaking from a woman’s perspective which is why I refer to men in my posts and podcast. Please, ladies not all men are like this. I’m a huge advocate for there’s a lot of good men out here and chivalry isn’t dead.
If I was engaging in online dating, I would get a real feel for the person.
In this P’cast, I discuss how to use a feature that Google offers that’s amazing to assist in keeping your private information private until you’re ready to take things a little further.
Well Ladies and Gentlemen, let’s chit-chat about this. What are your thoughts? You can leave your comment in the section below. I’m looking forward to hearing what you think.
